Returns

Terms & Conditions:
1. We offer a 7 day return policy for goods sold, however there are specific conditions that must be meet:
a. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
b. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
c. If your wheels have been fitted with tyres or vice versa than, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
d. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
e. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
f. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
g. Contact must be made with Soul Garage Limited within 7 days of receipt of goods, any item that is returned after than 7 days period we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


2. Second Hand Goods
a.Second hand goods are being sold as is and at a reduced rate.
b.We have a 24 hour return policy, if the goods are unused.
c.If Soul Garage is fitting to your vehicle a client sign off accepting the goods will be required.
e.Any wheels and tyres fitted to client's vehicles that have been used on the road for more than 1 hour are not covered by our return/refund policy.
f.We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund where it is apparent that the wheels or tyres are damaged as a result of in-appropriate use.


3. Refunds (if applicable)
a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


4. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
a. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
b. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
c. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shaun@soulgarage.co.nz


5.Sale items (if applicable)
a. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


6.Exchanges (if applicable)
a. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shaun@soulgarage.co.nz


7.Gifts
a. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
b. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


8.Shipping
a. To return your product please email us first at shaun@soulgarage.co.nz to arrange return shipping location.
b. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
i. Exception is where Soul Garage Ltd accepts that the goods sent were faulty at the time time of shipping. You will be refunded the full shipping costs for this product.
c. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


9. Laybys
a. All laybys are subject to an admin fee at the time of acceptance of our terms of trade. The total amount payable will be stated less the admin fee and once you have completed your layby payments in full the admin fee will be waived.
b. All deposits and subsequent payments are required by the agreed due date.
c. Failure to make full payment by the due date will result in Soul Garage contacting you to pay the account in full within 5 days of notice.
d. If you do not respond or communicate with us we will on-sell the goods and your deposit and/or payments become non-refundable.

Soul Garage takes no liability for your vehicle whilst on our premises. We will treat any vehicle like our own, but be advised.
